[ad_pod ]Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to have their say on the news that Samuel Saiz is finding life difficult in La Liga following his January loan move to Getafe.Saiz showed glimmers of real class during his 18 months at Elland Road, and fans were left disappointed after he chose to depart due to personal reasons.During his time with the club, he amassed 53 Championship appearances, scoring five goals and assisting 11.But since joining Los Azulones, the former Spain under-19 international has been restricted to just six league appearances, and he has not seen any action at all since February 9.

The 5 foot 9 midfielder didn’t even make Getafe’s matchday squad against Valencia on Sunday, and his future is now uncertain with it unclear whether the Spanish club will be willing to pay the £6m fee agreed in principle to make the loan permanent in the summer.

Amid strong performances from the likes of Jack Clarke, Jack Harrison and Tyler Roberts since the festive period, Leeds fans are split over whether the potential return of Saiz would benefit the current side, while plenty have commented on why he’s struggled to make his mark in Spain.
